Delivery Timelines
- Personalised (engraved) items: crafted and shipped within 9-10 days of order confirmation
- Non-personalised items: shipped within 5-6 days

Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your location, via our delivery partner Shiprocket.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on all orders, pan-India.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available on most pincodes. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking
You'll receive a WhatsApp/email update once your order ships, and you can check status anytime on our Track Order page using your Order ID and the phone number or email used at checkout.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, or you notice any issue with the package on arrival, contact us at hello@yuvijewels.com or via WhatsApp and we'll help sort it out.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout — we aren't able to redirect a package once it's handed to our delivery partner, and re-shipping due to an incorrect address may take additional time.
